01When should I get in touch?
Six to eight months ahead is ideal for background support; two or three months is enough for a website. If the date is close, write anyway — we’ll see what fits.
02What’s the difference between a ready-made template and a bespoke website?
A template is a pre-designed look in three levels that you fill in through your own admin panel — which is why it costs less. A bespoke website is designed entirely around your style and can include features no template has, such as personal guest pages or a guest gallery.
03If we buy a template, do we have to upload everything ourselves?
Not necessarily. You can add the set-up service at checkout: you send me your content and I build and publish the site. Two rounds of changes are included.
04Can I book just the website?
Yes. Both the templates and the bespoke website can be ordered on their own, without background support. For a bespoke site we go through the content together and I help with the wording.
05What about domain and hosting costs?
Templates include 12 months of hosting and a free subdomain. Your own domain — and, for bespoke sites, hosting — is paid directly to the provider; I help with the technical setup.
06How long does the site stay online?
Templates stay online for 12 months, and you can extend after that — the fee depends on current hosting provider prices. I’ll email you the exact amount before it expires, so you can decide whether to keep it longer — for the photos, for example.
07Can we upgrade to a higher level later?
Yes, at any time. You only pay the difference between the two levels, and everything you’ve added stays in place.
08Who can see our guests’ RSVPs?
Only you, in your own admin panel. You’ll see the responses in a list and can export them to a spreadsheet.
09Can we make changes after the site goes live?
Yes. You can update texts, times and photos in the admin panel at any time, and your guests see the changes straight away.
10Are you there on the wedding day?
Background support covers the planning period. On-site presence is agreed separately, depending on the size of the wedding and what you need.
11We live abroad or are marrying abroad — can we still work together?
Yes. Background support works fully online, and multilingual websites and remote coordination are part of the job.
12Which languages can we work in?
Hungarian and English, both written and spoken — so we can hold consultations online or in person. In Spanish I work in writing: by email and message I provide full information, answers and a detailed proposal. For spoken consultations with Spanish-speaking couples, we meet in English.
13How can we pay, and do we get an invoice?
By card or bank transfer. Services are paid in full, in advance, and you receive an electronic invoice by email.
14Can we get a refund if we change our minds?
Templates count as digital content: at checkout you request immediate access and thereby waive the 14-day right of withdrawal. If anything goes wrong, just write to me and we’ll find a solution together.
15How does it start?
With a short, no-strings call. You then get a written offer — and only after that is there any commitment.
